On Saturday I joined Shyama and Lee at Rise Hall for my first wedding of 2018! I met these two wonderful people at the Brides Up North Saltmarshe Hall wedding fair, and I’m so happy I did. We had such a fun pre wed down in London last month, and as soon as I met these guys I knew their day would be epic.
It was such a colourful and emotional wedding to capture; Shyama wore one of the most beautiful dresses, and her Mum, dressed in vibrant red traditional Sri Lankan dress was possibly the proudest Mum on the planet that day. Lee’s speech broke down his feelings for Shyama so honestly and beautifully and had so many in tears, all before the mariachi band danced through the wedding, leading the way for one of the most awesome wedding band’s – Rockaoke – I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing, some of S+L’s guests have some major on stage talent!
