Such a stunningly sunny day for a crisp November day. Winter light is so strong, the sun is so low in the sky and so short lived in the day too. It’s a challenge with temperature and time limitations, but wow what beautiful photographs can come from it. Howsham Hall is a beautiful York stately home wedding venue, the inside is elegant and the outside is brilliant, overall, what a place to get married. The bridal prep room is one of the best I’ve ever been in.
Vicky & Damien brought their favourite flavours of incredible food (courtesy of Dine) and seriously amazing entertainment to their wedding. I love it when couples prioritise their favourite things for their own day – do what you love most! LFX band were incredible, and with Damien’s background in Ibiza, they popped the dance floor off. It was lovely working with my long time collaborator Colette, Hair by Tosetti – we seem to be working a third of all our weddings together a.k.a the dream team!
From a frosty morning to a raving evening, it was an incredible winter wedding at Horsham Hall. I hope you felt like you were there like a guest from looking at the photos.
