Laura & Sam’s ecstatic and teary wedding at Hornington Manor

Hornington Manor Wedding Photographer. I’ve been really excited to edit through this wedding the moment I got back from holiday!
This is yet another wedding I’ve been so lucky to have photographed. Laura and Sam are such a fun couple, and I get along with them like long time friends. We’ve been to the pub twice before their wedding now!
Laura has, safe to say, been 110% wedding obsessed since they booked Hornington Manor as their wedding venue. On the day, the wedding was filled with sweet thoughts and wonderful features. She had her Dad in tears almost every hour on the hour! As Laura walked down the stairs, revealing her stunning Suzanne Neville wedding dress, Dad was completely astounded. It was a lovely moment to capture.
Yorkshire Barn Wedding Venue
Laura hopped in their friend Tom’s cool camper van and zoomed off for the wedding at All Saints Church, Bolton Percy. Sam waited looking confident, then completely lost it when Laura walked down the aisle. It was such a sweet moment, especially as his Brother embraced him as Laura stepped up to join them.
They danced out of the church, through the confetti and onto Yesteryearr’s big red bus back to Hornington Manor. It was a party on the bus, and the party continued as the guests went out to Hornington’s ha ha bar for drinks. Myself and Barney Shortman videographer took the long way around with the Bride and Groom and met a little goat along the way during our swift portrait shoot!
Highlight of the speeches had to be Laura’s surprise song for the wedding. The lyrics were handed out to everyone, and everyone sang to the tune of the Lord of the Dance. Everyone loves a good singalong at a wedding!
First Dance and party at Hornington Manor
The light fell, cocktail hour commenced and it was sparkler o clock. Sparklers at Mornington manor: what a great idea. We had everyone lined up, and without any burny incidents, Laura and Sam danced through the crowd!
