BOOM! Three spectacular days celebrating Nikita & Stephen.
What a visual treasure of three celebrations for two amazing people. Here’s all three from their Leeds Haldi Ceremony photography, their English ceremony in Richmond, plus the big Asian wedding on the Saturday at Yorkshire Wedding Barn.
10 years ago, Nikita & Stephen met on the sticky carpets of classic Leeds nightclub Backroom. That night, the two friends they were out with (bridesmaid and best man ten years on!) bumped into each other and got catching up, leaving Nikita and Stephen to chat. They clicked, and it wasn’t long before her future husband started busting moves to Sean Paul and won Nikita over. Flash forward to their wedding day, and their love, energy and Sean Paul get-low dropping is stronger than ever.
Their Hindu ceremony, an hour and a half long (Barney was reloading memory cards like never before!) was a treat for Stephen’s side, as the rituals and spectacles of the Hindu ceremony are so exciting for anyone who hasn’t experienced one before.
From the baraat procession to the bhangra on the dance floor, we saw two cultures come together in love and friendship celebrating the best way humans can and it was a joy to be along for the ride! Thank you Nikita & Stephen x
